All sales are final, with the exception of arrangements that may arrive defective or damaged during shipping. In such instances, a case must be opened within 5 days of the delivery date. Please contact ZYNNYA if your item has arrived damaged or defective. At time of return, any accompanying materials must also be returned, including but not limited to, the original box, thank you card, and care instructions.
